You do not follow up a loss to the lowly Islanders with the same effort, dimwits.

Sekera should be castrated for two giveaways that both led to goals against.

Last night it just seemed like any time we had a chance to get some steam built up, the isles just came along with a needle and popped that balloon. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. The only reason, IMO, that Gerbe scored those two quickies was because I think they figured they had it in the bag. Granted, the effort just wasn't there for some guys but in a lot of cases, we just couldn't catch a break.

On the bright side, it was nice to see Patty Lalime putting in a decent performance even though it was in a losing effort. Sitting for 23 games and then being tossed in like that, I thought he hit the ground running.
