pumas exist in Florida, but aren't panthers . but they are called Florida-panthers. so now we got it! :lol:

Excuse me...more accurately....the cougar, panther, mountain lion, puma, and catamount are all essentially the same anuimal...just in Florida it is called the "Florida Panther" while here in Colorado it is called the Cougar. Just like the Grizzly is a brown bear is a Kodiak etc.
