IT"S ONE GAME

Didn't it just start out with just one game last year too?

No, last year when we had a good start on paper, the reality was that most nights we were the crappier team and got a win anyways. This year we're actually earning our wins.

I'm really not a fan of Mair. AT ALL. The team was playing great, and then someone comes back from injury (that had NOTHING to do with the team playing well) and instantly they're back in the line up?

If it ain't broke....Lindy will fuck it up. If it is, Lindy will fix it, just to fuck it up.

Huh? They played incredibly at the beginning of last year. It wasn't just that they were winning... That's why I force myself to be wary about the way they're playing now.

I remember many nights feeling very lucky that we came out with 2 points, and a little nervous but this year we have been solid...well until tonight.

Keeps Toronto winless.

And I'd rather see Toronto lose then the Rangers.

Ditto. Friggin Rags are dangerous this year. You can't stop Gabby.

I'm curious to see what happens in tonights 9 p.m. game Boston VS Phoenix. I hope the Yotes annihilate them.

That was the case after a few weeks, but for about the first 8-10 games last year the only team that could compete with the Sabres based on game play and not just final scores was the Sharks. They were playing playoff hockey. The boards were freaking out about it at the time, too.

Both teams then went on to compete in the finals, of course...

If they have 1 regulation loss and 1 OTL out of every 6 games come December, I'll take it.

That way when we score two goals and win overtime I will be extra happy!
