Several unofficial polls were run this week on writers that will vote for the end of season awards, Duchene is hands down the Calder winner to this point. This puts Myers in a tight spot for the award. Some did say that can change from now until the end of the season depending on Myers and Duchenes contributions to their respective teams.

I have to admit, Myers has been real good, but Duchene has been on fire. At this time I would cast my vote for Myers due to the defensive position and his responsibilities this season but Duchene has been equally impressive. I want Myers to win it, I hope he scores a couple of goals tonight :D

As for Miller, need anything be said. Vezina is a lock if he continues, I am interested to see the Hart outcome.
Could be a very good year for Buffalo in the awards ceremony.

A lot of people are of the opinion that if the Avs do not win the NW division and the Sabres win the NE, then Myers will get it. And vice versa, if the Avs win the NW and the Sabres do not win the NE, then Duchene is a shoe-in. The spoiler here is that if the Red Wings finish hot and Jimmy Howard puts up 2-3 more shutouts, then he'll be the surprise winner of the Calder.

Come on, Tyler, bring home some personal hardware! Make us proud!

Every time I call out the score and who scores, its a bust, but why break tradition :D

I'm callin it tonight: BUF 7 - DAL 0
Miller = Shutout
Myers and Vanek with 2 and 3 helpers each
Connolly with 1 and 2 helpers
Kennedy with 1 and a helper
Torres with 2 helpers
and Pomminville misses the breast protecter and the glass only to find 2 pipes. But hey, I'll take the improvement ;)
