Buffalo didn't look bad at all in the first 2 periods but thanks to Connolly and Lalime we're trailing. Who would have seen that coming. :roll:

About a minute before Lalime gave up that goal, I thought to myself, "Ya know, Patty has been real solid and made some big saves so far. I have no complaints." But I made sure to not say it out loud so not to jinx him. I can't even think good thoughts in my head without worrying about a jinx!

It wasn't working today. That line was trapped in their zone for the most part.

I thought he had some bad plays but I agree, it was bit early to demote him especially as Connolly is still playing on the second line.
