(Had to go thirds for both - fantastic jerseys, each of 'em)

Sabres (29-11-5) at Isles (20-19-8)

Season series: Sabres lead, 2 - 1
10/16/09 Sabres W, 6-3
10/31/09 Isles W, 5-0
11/04/09 Sabres W, 3-0

This is the fourth and final game of the regular season between these two teams. Buffalo will be looking to finally silence the ghosts of clunkers past by finishing this season series with a winning record. The Islanders will be looking to continue their hot play as of late (7-2-1 in last 10) even though golden boy John Tavares has gone cold.

For fun, as always, keep an eye on Tyler Myers' TOI and expect to see Tim Connolly extend his career-high 10-game point streak against the team who drafted him.

Will the Sabres come out sluggish again, or will getting back in the swing of things re-awaken the Beasts of the Northeast? Will DiPietro finally play again against the team who last eliminated him and his team from the playoffs? TUNE IN AND FIND OUT - SAME SABRES TIME, SAME SABRES STATION!

Well I want Myers to score a few points against Tavares on the ice and take the points lead from him.

I'm hoping for a blowout and Myers getting 3 points to take the points lead from Duchene and Tavares.

Hoping to see a quick start with some good hard hits and someone, anyone dropping gloves. The Islanders destroyed the sabres the last time the sabres came into town. The sabres need to show that we can go on the island and dominate them!!!!

Sabres need to come out hitting...sets the tone for the rest of the night. Isles defense is porous, so smashing their D early on the forecheck will get them skittish FTW.

DiPietro hasn't really been tested. He's only played one game since he came back right?....I believe it was against the Stars and he had 4 GA. If we can take lots of shots, we should be able to get 3 or 4 goals. Just have someone out front screening and getting rebounds and we should do good. I'm not really worried about the Isles scoring against Miller to be honest. Just limit the good scoring chances, and force shots from the outside and we should be good. 4-1 Buffalo.

ahhh, i hate when I turn on the away feed on Center Ice and see the same exact thing on the home feed.
