This is the game. It's the broken bridge we must cross, so we may have one final chance of passing to the other side. This game is do or die. Sabres must do it. If not, the comeback ends.

Game 7 is so close by. It's not certain, but that's what hard work is for. You're in Boston, not Buffalo. Vanek is deciding if he wants to come back from his injury. It could be his last decision of the 2010 playoffs, or it could be his first. Ennis has been working hard for the entire series, but it's not like he can pull a gretzky. It's teamwork, blood, sweat, and tears from here on out.

The Sabres won the last game 4-1. It was a hard fought victory as Ennis, Pommers, Mair, and Grier scored. Buffalo needs to do it again and a second time.

And when it comes right down to it, the Sabres need to get the job done...

Ready Boston? Because Buffalo is either going to go down punching
or you will.

Ready Buffalo? Let's do this.

RYAAAAAANNNNN... MILLLEEEERRRRR!!!

LET'S GO BUFFALO!!!

I STILL BELIEVE
I STILL BELIEVE

Turn him into a liar, boys.

I have no fucking clue how tomorrow is going to go. I want to be optimistic and say we've gathered some momentum and gained the confidence that Vanek or no Vanek, we ARE the better team, but I just don't know. I think the past two games we've pretty well beat the shit out of Boston and I like to think that Boston's lack of depth and skill is starting to catch up to them and take away some of their physicality and their hustle. I think I'd have been a bit more comfortable with only one day of rest, but our team has fared well with two days rest in the regular season so we'll see.

All comes down to the referees.

If we play the game we played on Friday, it shouldn't matter.

The officiating pendulum USUALLY swings both ways. We have had 4 power plays the last two games, and had to kill 11 penalties. Against a team playing like Boston is, that is RETARDED.

The way I see it, we've scored first every game. I wouldn't change a thing from Frday, except maybe score on the power play, and they came really close too that. I feel optimistic about this game.

Really close is spot-fucking-on...two shots off the post and two gnarly deflections ON ONE PP!

We really began showing who was better in game 4, proved to everyone in game 5, and now it's time to erase all doubts in game 6. Remember boys, nothing comes easy. Just stick to the system and give an honest 60 minutes of hockey. One game at a time.
