Alright, it's a home game against the Leafs, one of our favorite rivals in all of the NHL.

This is the second meeting with Jhonas Enroth earning his first ever NHL victory in the Shootout against the Leafs. We come into this game sporting a terrible 3-8-1 home record but the Leafs are just as bad away from Air Canada Center with a 2-5-1 away record. The Leafs have lost their past 6 away from the ACC and haven't won away from home since October 15th.

Miller, Stafford, and Connolly are day-to-day currently while Niedermayer is out for 2 more weeks at least. The last two games have been 1 goal losses, but our offense needs to step up the production again, our defense has 14 of our 56 goals, a whooping 25 percent, but our forwards need to support those guys more.

Lets hope Miller is back in net tomorrow and forward Clarke MacArthur who has 9 assists and 10 points in the past 10 games goes without burning us after he signed with Toronto this year. He leads their team with 18 points in 20 games.

All I have to say now is LETS GO BUFFALO!!!!!

They don't lose because they always make sure they beat the Leafs. They've won their last, what, 12 of 13? 13 of 14? Even without Miller in, they won.

They won 12 straight then lost the last matchup of the season last year.

Since the lockout it's been a ridiculous number we've beaten them.

1.) Miller should be a game time decision to play; otherwise, Ruff is moving too slow on his return.

2.) MacArthur will not be a factor. He may assist on goals, but he never developed into the goal scorer he was expected to be.

3.) Beat Toronto by scoring goals, not by standing around staying pat.

I don't think MacArthur will get a goal on us tonight. I'm still waiting for when he's going to suddenly drop off the face of the Earth this season like he has done every year.

First Friday in awhile that I'll be able to watch a game too, so I hope they can put a W on the board. A win is needed; especially against a division rival.

Clarke MacArthur had a few fun things to say this morning about the Sabres pwning the Leafs and playing briefly in Atlanta.

On the Sabres' dominance over the Leafs: "it was like, ‘All right, #Toronto’s coming in ...we’re going to whoop them.’ ’ ... I bet you half the guys don’t even know the record over there if you tell them."

On playing in Atlanta: "Coming from here (Buffalo) to there put you to sleep every game, just a totally different thing from #Buffalo."

Don't look know, but Dustin Byfuglien and Andrew Ladd have more points combined than Kane and Toews...and that barn is STILL silent.

going to go off in a different direction. i saw a clip of a yotes game earlier this week. empty doesnt begin to describe that barn.
