In January a KHL game between Avangard Omsk and Vityaz Chekhov had to be cancelled after three minutes because of a bench clearing brawl in which so many game misconducts were handed out that they didn't have enough players to finish the game.

Now, during a playoff game against Avtomobilist Ekaterinburg, the backup goalie for Salavat Yulaev Ufa (who was on the bench) was hit in the head with a hockey stick BY A FAN. The goaltender was sent to the hospital with a concussion.

You can only see the events after the hit and the fan being taken away by the police in this video.

if he goes to the KHL, it will officially be a better league then the NHL.

i mean, come on. the guy attacked the player. how on earth is this an embarrassment to the league. its embarrassing to the guy.
