Look at his elbow movement. Neil on Drury was the same, he moved the elbow up. Never mind Booth keeping his head up, Spacek, keep your FUCKING elbow down.

Spacek's arm coming up was just the follow though of his body movement (the shoulder hit). You look at all kinds of hits in hockey or football and it's the same - initial contact and follow through. His elbow did not make any significant contact. You can't possibly put this hit in a negative light, it was as good an old-school body check as they come. Otherwise, you are expecting a player to turn into an instant stick figure after contact, and that just doesn't happen. I'm as avid a supporter of the new head shot rules as anybody, but I can tell the difference between a cheap shot and this good, hard, clean body check by Spacek. I hate that it happened to Booth again, because I really like him, but Spacek did everything right.

Well I don't know, but I saw elbow contact.

Really dude? That was 100% shoulder, as was said by many others, the arm coming up was AFTER the hit, as happens almost everytime
