Torn rotator cuff and torn labrum.

Could Souray be the cure for what suddenly ails the Islanders?

conflicting reports about the severity of his injury.

Dude, that's harsh. Streit would've been a great late-round pick.

I still have Keith and Seabrook, and I got P.K Subban and Ryan Suter late, so my D is pretty solid. I was thinking Joni Pitkanen, Kurits Foster, or Marek Zidlicki as a replacement. Leopold might not be a bad pick up either. I have to wait till our commissioner posts the rosters to make the switch.

True, but the story has been updated and that was an nhl action thread, not an injury-specific thread.

Side note, i apologize to mike for bustin on him for the same thing.

At least they added James Wishnewski, so they have a good D-man who can do top minutes (the minutes Streit would have done).

I suggest Pitkanen out of all of those choices.
