Here is Puck Daddy's 2010 NHL Beer cost Index. Good to see that HSBC is the fourth cheapest arena to get drunk

It's a phrase that basically means, if you wanna see the Sabres at the top, turn the rankings.

It's about $22.50 per period here in Winnipeg...

I think they should be ASHAMED of themselves for locking you up in their building, and ass-raping you. If your paying a lot of loot for a ticket, then you should be able to bring your own shit. I know it isn't feasible, but when I pay $17 for 28 blues, charging me 8 for ONE is BEGGING for a punch in the face.

I have no problem doling out 8 bucks for a big beer. Probably because I drink two a game and only go to four games a year.

They let me bring my own bottled water into the game last year.

Buffalo has the second-lowest average ticket price too. No wonder they can't spend to the cap.

<Crosscheck's official word>
The price of large plastic cups of beer at a sporting event is irrelevant.
I need to see a breakdown of brands offered by arena.
I'll gladly pay much much more for good beer.
The wider the selection the better.
The more local breweries represented the better.
</Crosscheck's official word>

/Staples center is pretty decent, besides the normal macro-swill they've got Sam Adams, Blue Moon, Bass, Guinness and even Stone Pale Ale.
//Anything good at HSBC?

Glad that beer is cheap at RBC Center because I'm going to see the Canes play the Panthers next weekend.

Take out Stone Pale Ale and it's about comparable. However, it's been reported that the 300 level now contains numerous Flying Bison carts with an assortment of local microbrew varietals. YUM YUM.

Colorado Avalanche: $6.25 for 24 oz. of beer. HOLY FREAKING AWESOME BATMAN.

That's a mile high too.
