Depends on how many people are going to have the HD package. It may take 10 years for it to become standard and when that happens, it will be amazing to see what HDTV can bring to hockey.

Yeah, it's pretty mind boggling how different a HD broadcast of a hockey is from a SD broadcast. I think hockey benefits the most out of HD than any other sport. That being said...I really hope FiOS gets MSG HD soon. :(

i dunno, baseball is pretty amazing in HD. that being said, hockey in HD is a major improvement over SD.
