Balsallies constant change of his bid is making this even more messed up. i have a feeling that next hes going to say 2 more years in Glendale and an even $300mil. the constant reworks probably make it harder on the judge and make it a pain in our asses to accurately assess the situation. He should make his bid and stick to it.

He's playing hardball - He's trying to make it impossible for Glendale, the creditors, and Judge Baum to say "No."

He's trying to make the proverbial offer "that one can't refuse" - He's a businessman. He's flexible. He knows what he wants, and is going after it with any and all means available.

That's the kind of owner I'd like to have in MY NHL - Lucky it ain't my NHL...
