very true. the wings enjoyed the experience, but overall the players just want a regular season without novelty games, usually. hell, i remember miller and campbell playing at a rock show, ranting about how fucking stupid the winter classic was gonna be. im pretty sure thats the exact phrase they used too, haha.

yeah he was. i mean, its cool for the fans and such, but i dont think players enjoy it that much.
