Actually - Remember everyone freaking out because Lorenz killed that bat? To this day, there are still fans that say he jinxed that team's chances against Philly.

...sorry for that minor threadjack....carry on. :D

Would I take back Captain Clutch? Hrmm...

If I could take him back minus a few blows to the head or when he was in a "Buffalo state of mind" (pardon the pun) I would for sure. But taking things into consideration atm, I don't think that’s a good idea. When healthy he is for sure a sniper and player you always have to be looking out for on the opposing team. But in recent times, I don't think there is enough crazy glue to hold his brain together. I'd say one more solid hit, and we're looking at another Patty Lala situation.

I really hope Drury goes on to play until he wishes to leave on his own terms. But given his medical history, for me that is a tough one to put any real backing behind.

That’s just my opinion.

I'm getting a little emotional just thinking about this.

He's in the past now - the memories are still here, though.

Amazing win for us for sure, and without him we wouldn't have tied that game.

He was great with us and all, but he did leave for his boyhood team. Everyone of us would have done the same.

I would love to play for the team I grew up watching. Lets hope Myers doesn't evver want to go to Calgary then too.

Whatever, boyhood shmoyhood. He would have stayed I'm sure if mgt was more proactive about it. I'm sure he said all that stuff on his signing day with the Rags just as good PR.
