I agree with the suspension on Rome. Late hit.

Also, Luongo has let in 14 goals in 3 games. Ok, 4 games, he had a shutout in game one, but I'm still correct in saying in only 3 games still.

And a memo to the rest of the team to try to put the black thing in that net thingy.

FACT: the last goalie who won the stanley cup while wearing number 1: flyers goalie bernie parent, when the flyers beat the sabres in the 75 finals.

break the class of 1970 curse, and the number 1 curse as well. both benefit buffalo.

Luongo calling out thomas now http://content.usatoday.com/communities ... mas-goal/1

I would love to see Thoams pitch two shutouts and see 7uongo come to tears like he did last against the Hawks

Luongo is a moron. I'm talking Max Afinogenov, doe-in-the-headlights type of dumb, here.
But there's still no way I root for Boston.

Listen to the answer again. It's dead on, Luongo doesn't play that far out, Thomas does. Thomas should not have given up that goal, just like it was fault for playing so far out on the OT winner in game 2.

Thomas has been fantastic in this series, but still Fuck Boston.

What Luongo said is very true. However, the fact that he said it is idiocy. You don't say things to motivate opponents. And you especially don't get all butt-hurt, because you think your opponent isn't saying nice things about you. Opponents aren't supposed be "pumping each other's tires".

Apparently Luongo couldn't make those saves.

And 7U8NG8 gets lit up again

Maybe that'll teach him to shut his greasy mouth, and not piss-off the opposition.

Still, fuck the Bruins...

Luongo's comment was accurate. It wasn't necessary, but some of what he said was in response to the reporter's question also. Part of it is, for example ESPN's blatent homerism, commentators like Burnside blowing it up into a big f-ing deal when it isn't. The NBC blowhards going down on all things Bruin, etc. But since this has been made into a grudge match, every damn thing has to be yellow dramatized (my new copwrited term). Luongo tried to temper his comment by saying Thomas also makes saves he doesn't, but the "pumping tires" comment was only in response to the reporter's baiting.

It was a snarky comment, but really no big deal. Tonight Boston is just plain beating Vancouver, and Luongo didn't have much chance on those goals. Of course, NBC has to make the drama out of it.

Oh...and where's the outcry for hitting a vulnerable Raymond into the boards??? It really wasn't dirty, but holy shit if it was Albert hitting Krejci like that.
