ha ha, thanks...I was going to go with a "Screwed" pic, but I couldn't help but post this polar bear. It not only works on the obvious, but it works geographically too. Maybe

i think a lot of edmonton fans might be a bit happy as hemsky has had a bit of a falling out it seems with the team, as he is not producing as they would like. they have some prospects who will fill the void i'm sure.

If a PPG player goes down, and people are complaining about his production, then we should trade for him, he'd be real cheap to get in since he is injured right now.

7 goals and 15 assists in 22 games. Heck, I'd love to have him on our team then.

He won't be cheap, the GM already stated that the Oilers would want better then Hemsky and they will trade Hemsky and their 1st pick in the upcoming draft for that talent.

Really? Hemsky really needs a guy that can consitintly score goals. I'm sure he would have thrived with Heatley on his line. As well as playing in Pat Quinn's offensive system.

They still got Horcoff to make plays as well as Souray, Moreau, and Penner. But I still think they're fucked

Pommers/Vanek and Mac for Hemsky and a first?
Seems reasonable for both sides. Hemsky might be what the top 6 needs.

For a second, I thought you meant Pominville AND Vanek. That doesn't seem too bad I guess.

i don't think they'd trade for a guy done for the season unless it was near the end of the season and this team wasn't going to be in the playoffs. or over the summer. i'd think pommers + pic for hemsky might work if edmonton thinks hemsky is done there he'll be cheaper than pominville. sort of how the sens traded for leclaire knowing he wouldn't be with them till the next season, knowing they wouldn't make the playoffs.

I saw the hit on Hemsky and I thought it was way dirtier than Kaleta's hit.
