Interesting stat on hockey central on versus. Brodeur has had a 3 goal lead 250 times in his career. Out of those 250 times, he has only lost ONCE! That's pretty impressive. |

Impressive. But it's not too impressive it doesn't happen often especially to a defensive team like NJ. |

I dont find it impressive, NJ played that neutral trap defense for years and years. While he may be a good goalie, his stats are bloated based on the style of Hockey that NJ had played. |

That stat isn't suprising, but it is still pretty damn impressive for the team and himself. |

Well if this year isn't a case for big leads getting blown, then who knows. Calgary blew a 5 goal lead to Chicago, anything can happen and 3 goal leads aren't eve safe anymore. |

Don't take all the credit from the man. |

Even with a trap a goalie still needs to stop the puck, some teams against the trap can dominate against it and it's useless against some teams. Now it's a bit harder to completely shut down a team using the trap because the grabbing is gone. |
