Late bloomer; but looks fairly solid. If he continues to play at his current level, good signing. If he is a one hit wonder, then he will become an albotross to the Flames organization at that price tag.

By today's NHL standards, a decent signing.

I like Borque, though he does have inconsistency issues. I think it's a good signing, though.
