Interesting analysis. Ryan Callahan as a poor PKer is shocking to me, and I'm not sure I agree. Drury/Callahan together are pretty darn good, and it's not like the Rangers PK is terrible. (83.5%) However, the guy loses all cred with me by having a discussion about the Hart Trophy without even MENTIONING Ryan Miller. (http://www.ontheforecheck.com/2010/3/16 ... nhl-mvp-is) This isn't just homerism. Without Miller, the Sabres are most likely clawing at 8th-10th instead of leading their division. His justification in the comments section is pretty lame too. The Hart isn't 'the most valuable non-goaltender' award. Quote: The goalie thing is tough, because really, you could give the MVP to the Vezina trophy winner every year. The best goalie is by far the most valuable player to his team, ahead of any skaters.
