Yeah that's right. SEE IT AND LAUGH. Then make fun of the Habs.


I saw this on Yahoo after hearing about it from my brother-in-law. Ovechkin does this every game, regardless of who or what is there. It could be nothing or something.

Funny as hell. I feel sorry for the kid, but the Habs flag deserved it.

He should be suspended but he probably won't because he's Ovechkin.

It was a real dick move. I hate him more and more everytime I see him play. He's a very talented player, but one of, if not the biggest douchebags in the NHL.

Even if he did it on purpose (and where is the evidence of that?), the snow that came up wasn't even as high as the kid's shoulder!

Didn't realize there were so many Ovie haters around here. Even given the good, the bad and the ugly, you'd have to be insane not to want to trade half this team to get that ONE guy. He personifies the phrase "competitive spirit".

Dude, no one can find any evidence and earlier when I thought I heard it on TV, I was pretty buzzed. Alright, my bad. Calm down.

I totally disagree, just because you are the best at something doesn't give you the right to be an asshole and everybody is supposed to applaude and say thank you. Ask Tiger Woods, he once thought he could putt in every hole and nobody would care ;)

Ovechkin would really have to go off the asshole meter to make me mad at him. He is so much fun to watch.

Maybe if he had boarded the kid I'd say he went to far. Even then, the annoucers proably would've said something like "Did you see that? That's how strong Ovechkin is! That little kid looked pretty solid and Ovie just bowled him right over like he wasn't even there!"

See, I read on Yahoo that he does that every day as a part of a pre game thing or something. He ices the boards when no one is standing there. Maybe he didn't mean to hit the KID with snow.

But, if he did it on purpose, screw him.
