[Those were the Top 50, in order]...If it weren't so self-serving and ridiculous, I'd laugh - I'm surprised. Duhatschek used to be a pretty decent analyst.

Methinks he uses the full name the first time, then just reverts to the city (only) thereafter...Lazy, much? Dunno.
