When you copy a picture from Twitter, it's not showing up for me.

Could you save it in photobucket or something and post?

Agreed. The inner pair of Sharks by the bench should've been the outermost players and would've been in a regular-season game.

Yeah. I mean, look at the trailing defenders coming off. Blue line to red line is 25'. They're just over the far blue line, meaning the door to their bench is just over the red line. At best, they're 20' away from their bench when the new players are already two strides on.

If you made those two trailing defenders Red Wings players going to the closer bench they're still too far away.

Just terrible.

It would have been a goal anyways, but it shouldn't have been in this case.

These refs are awesome, aren't they?

I noticed that on the replay while watching last night. Watching it looked like any typical line change. Those players were well behind the play and affected nothing. The refs ALWAYS give some extra room, and considering how far off players have been while getting called more frequently this playoff season, this change wasn't worth a second thought. You could take pictures like that in every game, all game long if you wanted to.

It is a Generous change, but isn't the rule that the players going off the ice can't touch the puck when the new ones come on anyways, and if they do it's called then?

Well, the important thing is that Detroit lost.

spoiled? slightly. bi-polar? oh, goodness yes.

great fanbase though, seriously. you wont have many run ins with red wing fans. they usually tell me how much they like the sabres outside the wings (its the closest team to the red wings)
