So much energy and emotion out into those last few weeks. Out-of-town scoreboard watching galore! And look what happens: West Makes Sense: WCF #1 San Jose vs. #2 Chicago East....WTF? ECF #8 Montreal vs. #6 Boston or #7 Philadelphia If you knew then what you know now, those last few weeks of the regualr season woulda been a breeze! |

Well, the east was looking pretty weak going in. Looks like it's playing out just that way. |

With Washington out, the East wasn't even a favorite for the Cup, and really, they still aren't. It was all Washington, then every Western team basically. Position means things at the end, but look at what a hot goalie can do for your team and a team who is just playing really well, they can beat anyone, even in a 7 game series. Chicago still seems like the strongest team left, incredible team defense and can put the puck into the net. |

Yep, it doesn't mean a damn thing. The Pens won 2 game 7s on the road last season, and lost a game seven at home this season. It doesn't mean a thing. |

Penguins piss me off sometimes. MONTREAL? I think Crosby was trying to do it all or he was trying to hit instead of play. Malkin was no better either. BTW, hockey is becoming a joke. Horrible refs, Bettman wont suspend someone if they used their skate as a shank, and big teams are out of the playoffs, small teams in. |
