Their top six is so good, this puts some decent talent on their third line... ...if he plays like Columbus/Edmonton Raffi Torres and not Buffalo Raffi Torres. |

The problem is that their bottom six isn't as good as last years, so if one or more of the top six have injuries, there's going to be a problem. |

He's $3.75M of cap that the Canucks will need to get rid of (or at least reduce during the year) if they want to make sure that they can at least add something at the trade deadline to help in the playoffs. |

So he's big, mean, productive, can kick the shit out of people for under $4M...I think the Canucks ought to look elsewhere to trim the roster before moving someone as useful as Bieksa. IMO. |

They have trimmed the fat, Wellwood gone, Bernier gone, Demtria gona, Ohlund gone, Mitchell gone. |
