if the ducks get some goaltending and defense, thats a line that could carry them to another cup.

Issue is, they don't have any top-pair defensemen or a proven goaltender. Hiller very well might be that guy if he shows consistency this year, though.

hillers good. but hes not a "get on my back and ride me to a series win" guy. hes a middle of the road goalie with a weird stance.

He did take them to a Game 7 series against Detroit a few years ago.

The Ducks have slowly gone downhill since their cup in 07.

And probably even more so since Niedermayer finally retired.
