They shouldn't get to choose which draft they forfeit the picks. Even still, they should have to decide BEFORE the season begins. That way, they won't know for sure if the draft class is strong/weak. Other than that, it serves 'em right.. |

They aren't penalized a first and third round pick, they're penalized the third round pick and their next four first round picks. |
