Now Tyler Seguin can move back to center.

Tough break for Savard.

That article is really more about Tyler Seguin. I wonder what's happening to Savard and when he might be back. Seems strange that he is having symptoms still when he came back during the playoffs last year. Fucking Matt Cooke.

This is very typical with severe concussions. It takes a very long time to heal but professional athletes don't have that time. He played in the playoffs but I'm sure it was against his doctors wishes. It's better to keep him out now and let him completely heal. Instead of starting him now and have the symptoms return just as they head into the later half of the season.

The symptoms come and go so he may have felt fine during the playoffs but may have them now

It's a phrase that basically means, if you wanna see the Sabres at the top, turn the rankings.

The article did seem like, yeah, fuck Savard lets talk about Seguin instead...

Well Boston will still score very little.

I just had a MAJOR flashback to a seemingly endless argument about WHO was more important to their team: Vanek or Savard?

Losng Vanek during the playoffs really hurt the Sabres...'n 'n 'n they shoulda/woulda won that series! But wait...Boston was missing key guys, particularly Savard, so if they were fully healthy, THEY would be the better team....etc, etc, etc.

Sorry for bringing that up again Mr. man (just saw "Misery" for the 75th time).

You dirty bird.

No one agrees with you. GO AWAY ;)

Honestly, even had Savard been healthy, the only reason they truly won, was Rask and Chara. If Rask hadn't played out of his mind, would they have beaten us?

Savard was out of the question, it was their defensive style of play that won, and help from the refs too, hate to blame the refs, but without Rask, they would have went nowhere.

Chara had nothing to do with their victory. It was Rask and Recchi.

Chara's scoring didn't do anything Phil?

I'm talking about his impact. He wasn't the force he'd always been proclaimed to be. The Sabres were skating around him, attacking him, neutralizing him. Mark Recchi was a much more important piece for the Bruins.

True indeed, I agree to that, but his offensive impact that series was huge. Crazy rebounds from his shots led to goals.

That's how I viewed him, he was still a pussy though.

It happened once I can think of, maybe twice.
