I think I can finally breathe the official SJ sigh of relief. NHL.com has officially salted the slug and replaced it with the true blue and gold magic this team really is. Look at the top where all the teams are listed. |

4 years too late, but I'll take it.. sabres.com still needs to exterminate 5 slugs from the main page 1. The scoreboard (come on already!) 2. StubHub ad 3. Blue & Gold make green (the most noticeable) 4. Sabrebucks 5. Shop.NHL.com Jersey ad |

In the Shop NHL Catalog, it had the Sabres featured on the front without any sort of hint at the Slug too.

But the Pepsi center doesn't matter, it'll get changed eventually. Probably next summer maybe, or whenever they redo the ice. |

I still have my home/road Rivet slugs that I won't part with. Likely will relegate them to my street hockey jerseys
