http://sports.yahoo.com/nhl/blog/puck_d ... nhl-276155 They're going into the game with 9 forwards, 6 defense, and 2 goaltenders. Why? They have exactly zero cap space to call anyone else up. Well, to be fair, they have $81,904 of LTIR space they could use, but that probably disappears once those guys come off. This team is FUCKED. If they're that far against it that they can't even field a full roster now, there's no way they'll be able to compensate for the injuries down the road that are going to happen when these players start playing 5-6 minutes a game more than usual. Good job screwing a franchise Uncle Lou. |

They signed Mair, so I guess they will have 16 skaters for tonight. I might be wrong though. |
