And I thought the NHL schedule was fixed but it's not 4/5 games onday, 9 games Tuesday, 2 games wednesday, 12 yesterday and then 3 on Friday
Whoever does the scheduling is in love with Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

i completely disagree. the panthers tied for 8th in the east last year, and they improved a bit from last year. minus jaybouw of course. |

I think JayBo was a pivotal part of their success on both sides of the ice, honestly. His spark and talent will be missed, and if the Cats are going to do much this season, I think Vokoun will have to live up to his lofty expectations in Sunshine. All they've got going for them now are Horton and Weiss. |

Moore will give them some depth, that's for sure. I just don't think enough. You know who I see maybe big things out of? Atlanta, especially if That Other Kane strikes it rich in the goal-scoring department. He's a talent, that one. |

Atlanta won't make the playoffs. They've definitely made the playoffs, and will probably push for a playoff spot, or at least be in the hunt for most of the year, but they won't make it. |
