Assuming you just LOVE the sharp looking original look of the current Sabres jersey, let's focus on the rest of the league.

Also, I have never really liked the "text" jerseys, meaning just the name of the team printed on the front. Ducks, Rangers, Caps, for example (although I do like the look of the Caps jersey, go figure). I always thought it was funny the Leafs jersey had to explain that it's the "Toronto Maple Leafs". Are they worried someone will mistake it for a fig leaf?

I've always thought the red Blackhawks jersey was dramatically inferior to the white version.

While I rarely think the white jerseys are ever better than the bright and colorful (currently) home jerseys, the white are really the only ones you can wear as a fan and not look like a maniac standout in everday settings.

I'm of the opposite mindset (about which is better - i agree about wearing the white ones in public lol)...the white jerseys, I think, are superior in that the designs are often the same but the colorway is better suited to relegating bright, possibly-overpowering colors to an accent role, giving the jerseys an improved look.

Leafs (They finally got it right)

If Ottawa replaced "SENS" on their 3rd with their original logo, they'd be among the best. Until they do that, they're ugly as sin...
