Alot of speculation that the Caps are going to move either DJ King or Fleishmann since both are reportedly healthy scratches for todays game.

Green is injured and its being speculated they are looking for a 3rd or 4th d man.
Its just speculation though.

You and I must be seeing two different Butler's this year.

Butler is not terrible as compared to last year at all. Hell I've hardly noticed him, I mean he has had some bad goals go off his skates a few times but that's not entirely his fault to blame.

He also translates for Semin from time to time and is well known to be great friends with the Russian players on the Caps.

I'd so he is a solid source when it comes to information that he's putting out.

I guess you wanted to reply to NYI instead? I just thought it wasn't really worth mentioning, because it's like trading some meh for some huh.

But while we're on the subject, I don't doubt that this guy has something resembling credibility. The only problem with "sources" is that they only have to be right once to be deemed credible. After that, they could be wrong 85% of the time, but somebody is still going to bring up that one time they were right.

I just wait until the trades are done, then discuss it. Rumors aren't all that exciting unless they involve super stars.
