According to NHL.com, Nabokov's KHL contract has been terminated.

In addition to this, Darren Dreger tweeted that a a source close to Nabby is reporting a return to the NHL as a viable option. Also, Pavel Lysenkov has reported that he has no interest in retiring.

If Nabokov returns, he'll need to clear waivers. Waiver order is as follows:

I would trade Miller for a kings ransom to a western conference team (Detroit, Anaheim or Edmonton come to mind) and sign Naby to a 3 year 2.5 mil a season deal while Enroth gains some experience as the backup.
