ACTION AROUND THE NHL 10/14/09: http://www.tsn.ca/nhl/scores/ 5 games on tap, 3 eastern conference teams are in action tonight. so look for the east standings to flip around a little when all i said and done. teams the sabres want to lose? new york rangers, the pittsburgh/carolina game is a toss up. just as long as it doesnt go to overtime. |

LA and the rags tied at 1. kotalik now has a 5 game point streak for the rags. and what the hell is with the huge CHASE ad on the end boards? are those computer generated? |

i meant glass. and yes its computer generated. and LOL at MSgarden for playing the knicks "defense" chant for a PK by the rags. |

Rags 4 - 2. Watching Edmonton at Chicago. 3 -1 Chicago after 2 periods. Edmonton has only 10 shots on goal; while Chicago has 30 +. Khabibulin stopped Sharpe on a penalty shot that would have made it 4 - 1. Stars up 5 - 0 in the Preds. I love Center Ice......

Wow, the Sabres shutout win against the Preds really spilt blood in the water...now the sharks are coming in for the frenzy. First, 6-1 at the hands of the Oilers, and now 5-0 (so far) against the Stars. Damn. |

Hawks hold on to win, 4 - 3. Patrick Sharpe first star with a goal and an assist. Who was it on these boards that predicted great things from Patrick Sharpe a couple years back; could it have been................Satan??
