Let's just let that sink in.

Ok, so it's not the rest of the season, but DAMN! I am the fucking messiah! j/k ;)

Johnson could also say that he punched him so hard, he fucked his knee up!

well, here it is.

it was all fun and games for rick, and the oft injured goaltender is out again. not saying dipietro was wrong, he was. but it looked like he wanted some fun, not blood. i do not blame johnson either. when ya fight, ya fight. he did that.

dipeitro isnt the pussy we all figured he was for going down one punch. broke his fucking face, anyone would go down after that.

i feel terrible for dipietro, and wish him health and success upon his return. but fucks sake, man. maybe a lengthy NHL career isnt in the cards for you.

JOHNSON BROKE DIPI'S FACE.

I know I shouldn't but I just laughed. All I see is him skating out, smiling then..BLAMMO!!!! The only thing that comes to mind in that split second when DP gets whacked is the Anchorman quote after Ron Burgandy jumps into the bear pit.

I immediately regret this decision!

You never wanna see anyone get facial fractures in a hockey fight. Thank God he didn't get hit at all after the damaging blow. That could have been serious. BJ was thinking about it, but thought better. For once the guy does the right thing, and holds his anger. A rarity in the era of the suspensions.

If I was DiPietro, I'd wear floaties in the shower. I've never felt bad for a player who gets hurt in a fight...I sure as s#it am not going to feel bad of a netminder who shouldn't be fighting.

I mean its just too funny that the oft injured netminder finds yet another manner to get on IR.

I hate to say it for us, but it is a good thing we will not worry about DiPierto next weekend when we defeat the Islanders.

Your image makes me think of the Islanders' overinflated success in recent years. They will be deflated again.

The Sabres did not show up to play in the first two meetings with the Islanders this season. If they do not show up, they cannot dominate.
