A late birthday made him a very young USHLer last year, but Oleksiak still held his own on a mediocre Steel team. Draft eligible in 2011. (this was written when he was 16. hes grown) hang on here a minute. imagine if buffalo drafted this kid for a minute. just imagine. |

I just can't tell if we need forwards or defensemen more at this point. Obviously Kassian and Adam will be on the team within the next 2 years, and we have a few nice defensive prospects as well. |

If Darcy stays on until the draft, it might be more likely that they draft the next Gerbe. |

Gerbe was a 2005 pick. Myers, Kassian, Foligno... all more recent picks. |

I would love to have another Myers!!!! Two young blueliners of that size, plus Weber's nastiness... and we have some other d men in the pipeline... could be a VERY healthy backend... |
