manila is the post densely populated city in the world.

neither tokyo or NYC is in the top 50.

buffalo has some of the cheapest tickets in the league already, with less seats and less press boxes than a lot of arenas

pegula is spending a lot of money to get the team and property the way he likes it

sure, he's willing to eat some money, but i don't think he'll want to every year.

better arena, better products (on the ice), better fan service = higher demand, thus price increase.

Assuming that there will be price increases is reasonable.

Assuming those increases wil be 'substantial' is a bit much.

He's not going to jack ticket prices if he doesn't care about money.

I never said the World, NYC is still almost 28K per mi² though, which is a lot of people. Union City, New Jersey is actually the most densely populated place in America, it's on the top 50 list of cities, it's 41st.
