So is Winnipeg an Eastern Conference team or Western Conference? If they turn out to be western then the Conferences wouldn't be even, but location wise, Winnipeg should be a Western team. So, if Winnipeg becomes a Western team, does a team closer to the East become an Eastern Conference team?

Me and my friend were talking about the divisions and how it needs to be.

Winnipeg goes western conference and goes into the NW division. Minnesota moves to the Central, and Nashville goes East and to the SE conference.

Winnepeg is further west than Minnesota so it has to happen like that, or else the division wouldn't be really regional.

Anyone else see that in the 2012-13 season they might be going to 4 divisions and everyteam will play each other twice in a season. So fans get to see evry team every year.

The downside to that is unbalanced divisions but I like the idea of it.
