Funny story; San Jose gave very little to Ottawa for Heatley, but they had so shed salary to stay under the cap. They're salary dump was Christian Ehrhoff

If they wanted a Salary dump why trade for Havlat? He makes 5 mill!

Two teams swapping players in hopes that maybe one of them will start to give a shit. Two players that actually might have less passion than Connolly.

Didn't see that coming...did Heater still have a NTC? Seems he's burning bridges everywhere.

Which is $2.5 million less than Heatley's cap hit.

The Heater is another Lindros type prima donna who suck the air out of their teams.

Mega culture-change in Minnesota. They're ditching the boring Lemaire system finally...

Good trade for San Jose. Havlat gave a shit while he was in Chicago. Remember his 15 points in 16 games in the 08-09 playoffs? Love this deal for the Sharks.

I think San Jose wins this one. I like Havlat more than Heatley, AND the Sharks save 2.5M (as pointed out above).

One less reason for me to root against the Sharks hah
