Reading all the comments about how buffalo is overspending what do they say about Columbus??? 5 year 23 mil for is lot of money to throw at guy who I think is a third liner anywhere else except in Columbus.

There can be contact with the head during a hit, it just can't be the initial point of contact. Campbell hits Umberger in the shoulder initially.
