The Washington Capitals have started the season 7-0. The record for most consecutive wins to start the season, as I'm sure everyone here knows, is held by the 2006-07 Buffalo Sabres (and also the 1993-94 Leafs) at 10-0.

How far does Washington go?

I gotta say Edmonton beats them. Nugent-Hopkins with a goal, cause my fantasy team would appreciate it.

Edmonton has a shot, because I know those kids will be all hyped up to play Washington, but I think it's more likely it ends in Vancouver.

If the Caps get by the Canucks I think they break the record.

It's a phrase that basically means, if you wanna see the Sabres at the top, turn the rankings.

Canucks lost to the Oilers last night. I think Edmonton can do it.

True, the Canucks spanked the Caps hard last night with a 7-4 loss
