As much as we like to hate him, the kid came back tonight and has scored 2 goals and has four points already with 14 left to go in the game. Wow. Kind of kicking myself for not activating him from IR in my fantasy league.

Jesus, his first game back and he already annoys the hell out of me again. NHL.com turned into sid.com and Versus didn't even try to do play by play yesterday. When Crosby wasn't on the ice they were talking about his ice time and when he'll get his next shift. The time without him was refreshing but it made the media reports much worse because of his comeback. I have respect for his on-ice skills but he chose a home game against the Isles as a comeback against a "who the fuck is that"-goalie who basically slid out of the way on his first goal. It looked like a exhibtion game with the only reason to give the girl her confidence back. |

2 goals against the islanders are not impressing. the isles looked like shit and seemed very tired. crosby was 100% fit and looked very fresh. I don't get the hype. |

He's the best player in the league by far, but yup I can do without 80% of the news coverage being about him. That being said, he's toned down the whine so I can like his play without having to hate his face completely. |

Since when has defense and Ovechkin ever meant the same thing? Sidney Crosby is, hands down, the greatest player of this generation of players. |
