I miss the East vs West with the fans choosing more of the players and coached by the recent Stanley Cup coaches. Make it interesting and adopt the baseball idea of the winning team getting home ice for the cup. The present format makes no sense at all. It's just a pickup game with very little fan participation. |

I like it better. The draft is fun. It's always wicked interesting to see who players pick out of respect for one another. |

Yeah that's realllllly fucking dumb. Shitty musical acts. The NHL should be embarrassed about that. Any casual watcher of hockey who was tuned in laughed and quickly changed the channel. |

the draft has lost its novelty for me. the first year was cool and new but its lost its appeal to me (even though its only its second year). I do, however, like the "pick up" game format that exists now. East vs West or North America vs The World had the tendency to get rather lopsided at times. Like, if they did East West this year, my money would go on the East. the goalie line up of Thomas, Lundquist, and Price alone would out do their Western counterparts. Never mind the fact that it makes it interesting whos going to be on what team. |

I like the draft, it's different but it makes it pretty entertaining IMO. |

I hate everything about this setup. The draft is a joke and boring, the skills comp use to be good until they changed everything and the game itself is just bad. I personally would like to see the cup champs to play the all stars, that would save the all star game IMHO |

I don't mind the draft and I really like the all star game. I understand why they try to incorporate social media in the draft, but it doesn't belong there. I only watched a little bit of the game on the TV at the gym, I wasn't too interested. I give the NHL credit for trying to adjust the game to make it more fan friendly though. |

the all star game is terrible. If they could do something to actually make it more like a real game I'd care but watching a bunch of over paid babies coast around passing to each other isn't my idea of fun. |
