Post subject:  THREE CHEERS FOR DANNY BOY !!!
Come on guys and gals. I don't see any happy talk about the great job Danny Briere is doing for the Flyers. He has changed the momentum and turned at least two games around. The first was his brilliant offside goal against the Pens when Philly was three goals behind, followed by another, and the second was against the Devils when they were ahead by one and it looked like New Jersey could grind out a low scorer. Then he gets the overtime winner. This guy is something special, the likes of which will not come our way again for awhile. I have a feeling that many of us in Sabreland are tearing our hair out. :clap: :clap: :clap:

I can't stand the Flyers either. For the life of me, I can't figure out why I hate them so much. Is it their garish, harlequin uniforms? Their consistently dirty, chippy play? A lot of interference, and brushing the goaltender that is subtle enough to miss being called. I disliked Richards and Carter when they were Flyers but as soon as they left for another team they were more appealing. Over the past many years I have enjoyed seeing the Flyers cursed with goalie problems. They overpaid big time for Brez and it seems the Devils have figured him out. Hope they keep winning. None of the Flyers Smegma rubs off on Briere and I still enjoy watching his success.
