i dont honestly feel any of the mods here are doing any less then a good job. theres very little mess to clean up, and when there is, its handled quickly. i am in favour of a few more, just in case a mess erupts and say all the mods are asleep or something. thats all.

An then you would have all the power if you wanted to, unless you made the other two mods admins so that wouldn't happen, but even still you're the root admin and can't get fucked over by anyone.

Nah, cross has made the hierarchy of the board evident by the colors. The colors are related to colors of your pee. When healthy, its clear (or white), when given more of a role on the board you start slacking on normal daily activities and are less healthy thus your pee turns dark yellow. In the case of crosscheck, the strain of administrating a forum has caused his urine to go a burnt orange color due to the small level of blood in it.

I think this may be be a good idea cross. Certainly not because of your moderating history, at least from my perspective, but from a new members perspective, I don't know. This may be unpopular right now, but I think Squanto has really learned from this, and has tried to take his share of blame(manning up). He's proved he can adapt, and that's something I don't compliment often. I think him and SATW could mod it themselves, just because almost all members know where the line is. If we grow, and need more, then so be it. I just don't think you have to feel like your at the top of every shit pyramid, either.

With this said, I thank you guys for your service to us, and I'm sorry I suggested you could handle a bigger load; but it's true, you can.
