TBN's story

A hotel operated by college students, with dorms built in? Apartments for young families with a charter school inside the building? Whatdya guys think?

(Yes, this is the same guy who bought the Hotel Lafayette and is planning something big for that as well.)

the problem with these proposals is 90% of the time, nothing happens, and it falls through. and if it does work, it takes several years to get the plan off the ground. its stupid how much legal loopholes there is in progress..
