So i cut my hand today around 6:45 on a tablesaw. It's not horrible (yes i was lucky) so i decided to go to the small close hospital in Warsaw. Rarely does this place get a lot of people.

I get there at about 7. there is one person in the waiting room with a twisted ankle or something, so i think to myself- "sweet, this will be relatively quick". So i sit down in the waiting room. 20 minutes later i get called to start the report- what i'm allergic to, what i did, etc. toward the end of that, i ask for some sugar water or something, cause i was about to crash. i'm not diabetic, but the adrenaline was wearing off and i hadn't eaten since noon.

bear in mind, they haven't asked to see it or if i was still bleeding. all they know is I CUT MY HAND ON A FUCKING TABLESAW. i get done with that, and she tells me i have to go register at the secretary's. no big deal right?

i sit down at the desk and make eye contact with the lady. she ignores me and does 10 minutes of paperwork in front of me before sitting down to register me. she didn't apologize or anything.

they still don't know if i am still bleeding from a 1/8" wide open gash on my hand. not one question past "what did you do?"

i finish that part and they send me to the room where the doctor will see me. i pace around and see him sitting at his desk doing paperwork. i think "okay, this won't be long, i'm next and he's just buttoning up things". 45 mother fucking minutes later he walks in.

at this point, i've been here for more than 2 hours. could have been bleeding pretty freely the whole time. he looks at it, tells me it's too wide to stitch (the saw cut me like it would cut a board) and says he will give me antibiotics, some bandage materials, and have it cleaned.

that was the last i saw of him. literally 2 minutes.

10 minutes later, the RN came in with a cleaning mixture and told me to soak my hand. he immediately went and got my tetanus shot and gave it to me. he came back 5 minutes later and wrapped my wounds. so his stuff was done. in 10 minutes.

i wait another MOTHER FUCKIN 20 minutes for this cunt to walk her lazy ass over to me and hand me a prescription, tell me to change the dressings ever day, and to have me sign a paper.

i was there for over 3 hours and wasn't seen till after 2.5. there was no one ahead of me and they had no idea how much blood i lost or anything.

fucking ridiculous.

You should have intentionally bled all over the one lady's desk, then told her "Oh no I see you're busy, I'm in no hurry."
