My business casual is jeans and a hoodie/jersey all winter.

I've worn khakis once in the last 2 years, and only because we had people from out of town visit the datacanter.

It sucked, I had to clean my office too. :p

We actually have that as a welcome mat at my office....it only makes sense as a welcome mat though ;)
